FAQ
  • Do we accept returns/exchanges?
    Yes, customers may exchange a product. Yes, a refund will be offered for a product, upon request. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full terms and conditions.
  • Where do we post/ship to?
    We ship Australia Wide, using Australia Post. International Shipping is available to Wholesalers only.
  • How long does it take us to process an order before it is dispatched?
    Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed that day and posted the following business day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed the following day and be posted the next business day.
  • How do we price our postage?
    Postage is calculated based on the weight and size of the order. Australia Post Parcel Post - Orders up to 1kgs are $7.95, 1-2kgs are $14.95 and orders 2.0kgs+ are $17.95. Australia Post Express Post - Orders up to 1kgs are $17.95, 1-2kgs are $21.95 and orders 2.0kgs+ are $28.95.
  • What delivery methods do we offer?
    At checkout you may choose delivery by Australia Post parcel or Australia Post express post.
  • What does “In-transit” mean for Australia Post tracking?
    “In-transit” means that we have dispatched the goods to Australia Post. Your order is travelling to its final destination postal dispatch centre or post office, where a local driver or delivery person will collect them for delivery to you.
  • What does “No Events Found” mean for Australia Post tracking?
    This is normal for some packages until they get to the destination post office or postal centre near the delivery point. Many Parcel Post Plus and even Express Packages going outside the Australia Post delivery network will show as “No Events Found” until the day they are going to be delivered. Sometimes the customer will be able to contact Australia Post for more information.
  • My item hasn't arrived - What can I do?
    Please check the status of your delivery with Australia Post, using the tracking number that we have supplied in the "Your order has been dispatched" email and the Australia Post Tracking website (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search). Deliveries usually take between 5-7 business days. This can be longer during peak periods. If your order has not arrived during this timeframe or you are unable to track your delivery please don't hesitate to send us an email. Please include your name, order number and Australia Post tracking number, as this will speed up the process for us.
  • What payment methods do we accept?
    We accept Paypal and credit/visa debit card payments.
  • Do we offer laybys?
    No, we do not offer laybys at this time. Please check back for future updates.
  • Do we offer loyalty points or gift certificates etc?
    We currently do not offer loyalty points or gift certificates. However we will send you emails with coupons and advertised sale items from time to time. Please enter a valid email address during 'Check Out' or subscribe to our website for future notifications.
  • I am a business - How can I place a wholesale order?
    Please navigate to the wholesale are of the website. Minimum quantities apply and relate directly to the discount given. Business 2 Business orders can be customised with your logo or business name. Please go to the contact us form above or call 02 6410 2704 to discuss your needs.
