Braided cord with silicone tube - each end slides onto the arms of glasses or sunglasses. The toggle can be adjusted firmly at the base of your head or just at an appropriate lengthen for you to place your glasses back on if they have been removed.
 
Silicone cord and tube - each end slides onto the arms of glasses or sunglasses.
